Unfortunately we can only deliver to mainland UK.

What's the delivery time?
3-7 Days on all kitchen & bathroom products
Arranging Delivery?
You will be emailed prior to delivery and notified of your delivery date. You will be called by the driver on the delivery day. Please try to make sure someone is at home to take the delivery.. Should you have any doubts or worries please pick up the phone and call us.
Do I have to Sign for my Delivery?
Yes you must sign for your delivery after you have checked it for correct quantities and breakages. If you instruct us to leave your tiles without a signature, we cannot and will not accept any liability regarding your order should it be incorrect or contain breakages. We highly recommend that someone is in to sign for your order.
Can I get my order delivered to another address?
Yes this can be arranged.
The items are damaged on delivery or my order isn't correct
Orders must be checked before signing for your delivery. Upon signing you confirm to the courier that the goods are not damaged. Again if the quantities are incorrect or you have received the wrong items,notify us immediately and do not sign for the delivery.
What is your Returns Policy - relative to unwanted items
KMD Charge a 25 % re-stocking fee, plus additional transport costs.
What is your Returns Policy- relative to Bathroom & Kitchen Items?
You can return all damaged all faulty items within 14 Days of delivery. Please call to arrange. This does not affect the individual Manufacterers Warranty.
